Distilled to Perfection. Distinctly Wyoming. Welcome to Pine Bluffs Distilling, where you'll find whiskey worth whetting your whistle, and then some. With Wyoming spirit in every bottle, each pour reflects the pride and passion of co-owner and co-founder Chad Brown and his team.

The Lore Behind the Libations

Pine Bluffs Distilling was born from a deep love of Wyoming's wide-open spaces and the craft traditions that have always defined the American West. The distillery takes its name from the small town of Pine Bluffs, located in the far southeastern corner of Wyoming where the state meets Nebraska and Colorado — a crossroads that has shaped the region's character for generations.

Every spirit produced here tells a story of place. The water comes from Wyoming's pristine aquifers. The grains are sourced from regional farms. The aging barrels are selected to complement the high-altitude climate, where dramatic temperature swings accelerate the interaction between spirit and wood, creating flavors that simply can't be replicated elsewhere.

The Lineup

Pine Bluffs Distilling produces a range of handcrafted spirits, with Wyoming whiskey as the flagship. The bourbon is aged in new American oak barrels and carries the distinctive character of the high plains — bold, warm, and unapologetically Western.

The distillery also produces vodka, gin, and seasonal limited releases that showcase the creativity of the distilling team. Each expression is crafted in small batches, ensuring quality and consistency in every bottle.

Visit the Distillery

The tasting room at Pine Bluffs Distilling is a destination in itself. Visitors can sample the full lineup, learn about the distilling process, and take home a bottle (or several) of Wyoming's finest. The team is passionate about sharing the story behind each spirit, making every visit an education as much as an experience.

Pine Bluffs is located along I-80 in southeastern Wyoming, making it an easy stop on any cross-country road trip. The town itself is worth exploring — with its historic downtown, the Pine Bluffs Trail System, and the High Plains Archaeological Museum, there's more to discover than most travelers expect.
